WoW what a great product

Since 2017 I was looking for a database tool that could help me. 30 years ago I was able to make my own database tools with dbase, later on acces was just not it for me.

Because I already have a great crm and not always the time to check all the tools I buy< I left it in the corner. But since Pabbly greated an easy api connection I filled Workiom with my files from my crm. And its amazing how easy I can click on all my databases, create an overview what I want/need and what amazed me the most. Click on the telephone field (from my desktop) and my mobile will make the call. Very impressed and love it........... Thanks for the deal.

Just GREAT!!

I tested Workiom for one month. I'm blown away with the endless possibilities. The team is super professional even the development team helped me set up the API.There is still some space for improvement. I'm confident that the team will achieve those improvements.

If possible I would like to see the option to have workspaces and maybe some sort of white label for guest users.

We have been waiting well over a month and you still have not fixed your date picker issues. when we go into a record the dates change by themselves! support has been no help at all.

@Irfan: Sorry for the miscommunication. We have fixed the bug and are currently testing it before pushing it online.

When will you fix your date fields? they cant show US format, and they cant handle timezones either. my calendar dates are always different than the entered date. this is making the app unusable.

Setting a New Role will take out one seat from available Teammates?

i.e. 1 seat for me, 1 seat for my client and 1 for his employee?

@Ioannis: you can create as many roles as you may need since you can assign multiple roles for one user. The seats are, however, counted per user account. A single user can be used by multiple people, we don't prevent concurrent sessions.

in webinar it mentioned accounting system, is it ready?

in webinar is not explained how use template, wanted see the Investor Deal Flow in use

@gianni: Yes contacts in a CRM are counted as records, and there are no limits.

To clarify, Workiom, will not add any accounting functionality, you can however use it to track your cash flow.

Templates are made available on your account, you can simply install one of them by clicking on the install button you can find on their dedicated pages.

Yes, you can create endless automation scenarios on Workiom.

1. Did you roll out the guest user feature?

2. My use case is the following : I sell clients a pack of 10 advertising campaigns.

- For each campaign he has to send us a specific details.

- There would be a workflow of validation for the campaign

- I'd like him to know how many campaigns he published with us and how many are remaining.

Is that feasible ?

@Florian: 1. It is in private beta version still, but we can set it up for you.

2. I need to know a bit more about your data organization to be able to give you a definitive answer. But we do have a rollup feature that allows you to count the number of a campaign for instance.

Hi, when deleting a guest can it be replaced by another?

@gianni: Yes, you would be able to delete and replace guest users. Yes you can have several projects or apps

Hi, what is the difference between Teammates and Guest users?

@gianni: Guest user will have only commenting and viewing access to the data, additional it can also submit private forms. This feature is still in beta and will be rolled out soon.

My question is the following...

If my business does not end up working out, will I be able to change my business name and subdomain and reset my apps and data as if I'm starting from scratch ?

@Greg: Hi Greg. First of all, we wish you all the best for your business. Second, yes we can arrange for you to change your subdomain name. As for the rest, you can always do it yourself.

How can i:

1- set the date format to MM/DD/YYYY. This is what we use in the US

2- create guest users

@Irfan: Yes you should create a new field with formalu, Format(thedatefield, "MM-DD-YYYY")

@Sinan: I imagine that wouldn’t have the date selector in the formula field. IF they use a date selector they will need the DDMMYYYY field visible, and I think this would be confusing

@Irfan: Yes that's just to display in another format. However, the date picker in any date field is not really impacted since you choose the year, month, and day independently

Can you create e-signing app using Workiom?

Example:

I want to create accounts for my clients.

So, they can use the app to create orders, sign it electronically. Then email or fax them to me.

I bought 2 Licenses. It looks pretty neat and solves all my use cases except 1.

Input Validation Feature: The biggest challenge with data is if user are not entering in consistent manner it becomes painful to fix it.

A module for input validation will be huge advantage. For ex: In order to file income tax returns in India, our unique number is PAN Card. The format for pan card is AAAAA1234Z | 5 alphabets then 4 numbers and then 1 alphabet. Can I validate that the information is filled in this manner only???

I guess, this feature is not available right now but i strongly recommend that this gets build as it saves us from lot of data entry issues.
