The nearest important update from the roadmap would be Doodle Cards. In the beta testing right now, just posted a screenshot in our FB group.

Weje is very fast and smooth!

Weje is the best software I bought in the last 2 years (and I bought a lot). It’s because of Quality and everyday usecase. WEJE is a new kid in a playground of Miro or Mural, but it’s work much better now (on the first year) – it’s a big WOW. I have use Miro before, but Weje is faster, simplifield and intuitive – every job is made 2x faster. UX is amazing. UI is not in my style, but they change it every week. It’s a lot of upgrades and all needs from community going straight to the roadmap. I am in love with Weje. Hard to write why, it’s not because of big list of features Weje have (a lot of superb stuff is in roadmap) I love it just because of WEJE clean, fast and smooth utility. When I need to made some plans (for a day or year, or whatever else….) I start WEJE and the magic happens. If You look for some whiteboard or place for Team collaboration – go for Weje, it’s helpful and smooth!

FAST Mindmap and Brainstorm app

Say goodbye to Miro, our team moved to Weje and we are very happy. It is faster than miro to load everything.

All essential functions are there. Although there are some function lacking such as a navigation mini-map and folder, but it is in their pipeline. definately recommend Weje to any small to large teams.

Simple Brainstorming & mindmap tool

I do not have a mindmap tool in my agency toolset yet (I am using lot of free versions though).

I was looking for this to share the marketing strategy, team plans etc with clients & teams.

This looks good and have good potential, hence got Tier 3 for me & team.

Hope they'll improve the UI and bring up more features to make it a solid tool for mindmaps.

I request the team focus more on the Mindmap managing features like Searching, Tagging, Draft, Public, Private, export, import etc.

Extremely Useful Tool..

I can't believe i missed this deal previously but thanks to saasmantra I was given a second chance to buy this during black friday. Extremely useful piece of tool. A lot of possibilities you can do with this! Very poweful too. I am just starting to scratch the surface..Keep it up!

✅ Can edit docs and sheets inside Weje and need not leave the board.

✅ Template Library has been growing & they are clean & easy to use.

✅ Limits are good. You get unlimited file upload with the top plan.

✅ Can embed Twitter Cards.

✅ UI and UX are simple to use. The interface is superfast.

✅ The trash feature lets you restore deleted cards.

✅ Boards can be publicly shared with the Share URL.

Cons :

❌ No search functionality.

❌ No official mobile app as of now.

I love your app! However, I am trying to see the difference between my 3-stack and the free version. I just got a free version to see. They look identical.

It seems strange to tell my employees to create their own personal accounts for me to invite them to our board. We all have the same options, free account and my "business account."

Did you sell us features that do not exist yet?

Actually, limits will be applied a little later, as well as business plans. Now all plans are the same for the beta testing period.

About inviting other people. Yes they need to have a Weje account to be added, it's a temporary solution, we expect to add a simple feature to invite new people by email address soon

Hi Evgeny Medvednikov, i am thinking of stacking more codes. Can I please check, Weje Tier 3 is for 25 Team Members .

1. Does that mean, each of the Team member will have their own Login E-mail and Password to create Boards etc but it will be under my Business Plan?

2. So, do they have access to other team members Boards they create Or Have access to only Boards I give them permission? How about those Boards he creates? Do i have permission to view, delete etc ?

@Balu Farook: Each member is always a separte account. any account can be used as a personal account and be a part of one or more business accounts in future (when added by team admin). Business plans will have flexible permissions for each member.

@Saskia: If you want to manage your team members (personal) & clients (business) separately, it's better to get it for 2 brands

@Hem: You an have unlimited number of boards even on the free Weje account. As for brands, that means how many businesses you can manage in the single account

@Evgeny Medvednikov: hi so if I want to manage 2 brands then I need to get 2 single codes and open 2 separate accounts? It doesn’t make sense to stack 5 codes. Hope there is a better solution to this.

@Cesar: You can put your different SM code into different Weje accounts. it's not a problem.

Can you explain the differences between "team member", "collaborator", and "viewers" (unlimited viewers?)

Is a USER the same as a TEAM member? Or is the account holder the only USER?

@Rennie: Yeah, as of now anyone who you want to collaborate with must be an user

@Rennie: Right now you may add coeditors in the settings of the each board. In the end of november we plan to have business plans with team management, roles, projects etc. You will be able to manage users there

Hi, about team members, when I invite a collaborator with the editing permissions, I think the collaborator converts to the business plan, but the 10 Mb file limit is only for the board I invite right? all the boards for that user that he creates are under free plan? is this correct? thanks

@Guillermo: Each user has its individual plan now, In this year we make fully functional business management plans and team work, there you will be able to have teams of users on the busness plan.

Right now it works a little different way, but it will be changed
