I just checked the email again. Multiple replies telling me this is being worked on or discussed but no actual resolution. There was even a date I was given in the emails that it would be resolved. The date passed. I emailed about after the date passed and my email was ignored.

Your shopping cart sucks, I cannot change the order quantity, I mistakenly order 2, but I just want 1. Now my cart only can proceed with 2 orders.
