@Truong Michael: Thanks! By the way the deal says 10,000 Subscribers, on the https://www.shoppop.com/pricing the unit I think its called "chats" rather than subscribers for "Capture & Grow".

Can you please clarify if they are the same thing? for the "Capture & Grow", is the plan limit to subscribers or the number of chats?

For same business, I have insata page and fb page. Will I be able to communicate with my customers regardless of profile insta or fb with one code?

So 1 code = 1 Facebook / Instagram page. You can manage multiple FB / Instagram pages under one ShopPop account, but each page would need their own code.

For example, if you manage 5 different ecommerce brands, then you would need 5 codes - one for each page.
