If you don’t find a template you like, create a custom template from scratch with Robolly's powerful in-browser editor (or use a pre-designed template as a starting point and modify every bit of it). I do not see an email for customer support nor a chat feature that I can use to contact Robolly. There is nothing on the page that does that.

I purchased 2 codes on May 7, 2022. After creating an account, I noticed on the website that there is no chat nor email feature that I can use to ask customer support? Where do I find such feature? I look forward for your reply.

I just purchased 2 codes on May 7, 2022. Since then, I noticed in my templates gallery that it only provides the following number of templates:

Vertical = 46

Square = 80

Horizontal = 34

Am I missing some information here? So, I paid $98 for a total of 160 templates?

@Gil: You get access to Robolly and features as mentioned above. Create your own templates with the Robolly editor, that's no problem. :) The Robolly comes with the pre-designed templates on top which are there to give you a head start and inspiration on how the editor works and what you can do with it.

Where/how do I get support? I just got the LTD and my very first step (create a new empty template, give it a name and attempt to save) failed with a regular expression error displayed.

No problem, I though, I'll just go to the Support section or Chat and post my question. But I see no such option. How do I contact support? Not the best start I've ever had with an app :)

@Mark: I'm sorry, we fixed the issue in 5 minutes after I read your email. I sent you an email with detailed info also (before this reply here). It's Saturday, so I'm seeing emails with some delay.

@Patrik: Thank you. Working now. That said, I think it would be good to have a way to contact you (or at least a mention of the support email address) from within the app.

@Mark: I understand. Maybe you missed it, but there is our support email on every page over at Robolly.com (see footer).

@Patrik: As I mentioned, I meant when I am logged on. There is no footer when viewing the dashboard. It is unfortunate to have to open another tab or log off to discover that support details are in the footer. IMHO, it should be visible when logged on and accessing the app.

@Samir Abdelghaffar: Hi, how you're unable? Take a look at the render tab in the template editor, you can generate render links there, so you can just copy-paste.

@Patrik: For instance I would like to create an invoice with : name , date , time and cost variables.

once a patient books via WP Amelia (Wordpress booking plugin which is integrated with pabbly and Integrately) I can send the patient an invoice with these variables.

Second use case is someone made a referral or a review I would like to send him a thank you certificate with a coupon code (variable)

1) you can use setup Robolly with Pabbly to render the invoice. the API will be used for that. if you'd email us (email at robolly.com at the bottom), I can share some screenshots regarding Pabbly as I already tested it with Robolly.

2) this would be also pabbly automation or you'd do that manually?

@Eddie: Right now, we'll be focusing on adding features & improvements based on the feedback we received (also includes tutorials & guides). The business plan will get pretty much all new features rolling out. Right now, I can't think of any examples. Is there anything specific you're looking for? No official roadmap, we'll be updating everyone through email.

I see artboard size is in pixels only. Is it possible to set dimensions in mm?

My use case is mostly for generating PDF files for print (certificates, price cards...), which requires exact dimensions.

@Dieter: Only pixels for now. Millimeters will be added soon.

For example: A4 is 2480px x 3508px (print 300 DPI)
