Let’s begin with the Email Finder tool. Just type the first name and/or the last name of the person you are looking for. And type the Company name (or) URL of their official website.

Averagely in the next 5 seconds, Poirot will pull the verified email ID of the person for you. You don’t lose your search credits if no emails are found.

Amazing Potential

I love the potential of this tool. I think it will be fully unlocked in a few days when the bulk analysis feature is released. Unlike other email lookup tools, Poirot performs a live internet search for a contact. In regards to accuracy, it's comparable to Hunter and Tomba. I think the UX has some things to iron out, but the core functionality exists. I'm excited about the generous limits and bright future.

A clever email detective not to be passed !

Hi, As every entrepreneur in the world OUTREACH is key to our success and the success of our customers.

I decided to give POIROT a test and jumped on a one-code deal first. Oh Boy, this tool does what it says it does! and I love it so far.

In fact, I jumped on a chat with Mladen cause I wanted to explore the possibilities of the tool and I was lacking some kind of user documentation or video training. But first Mladen took the time to guide me and answer all my questions which made my life simple from what I was able to see so far:

- You can even find email addresses without any domain name just the company name, and that my friend is a much-needed case

- Even better, you can specify the city or country and just run a domain search and the magic will happen (woohoo!)

It will even return emails with names and LinkedIn positions in the company. How awesome is that?!

For me, it is going to be a tremendous time-saver and pain solver, especially when the bulk search becomes available. According to Mladen, this is just 2-3 weeks away!

Emails to [email protected] and [email protected] are bouncing back. How are we supposed to contact you regarding issues? The chat on the site goes unanswered and says you were last active 05/14/2022.

There are issues with Domain Search, Bulk Upload, Email Verification on my account.

Posted the exact same question on another marketplace and have received no response after 3 days. I just realized I purchased it here and not on the other platform.

How does the API access work?

@Sal: Hi, please check the API link on main website footer to check how to format API request. After the request is sent to an endpoint you immediately receive a response with URL link that responds with current task status. If you defined a webhook, it will receive a JSON result once task is completed and successfull. Failed tasks are not sent to webhook.

Any metrics on the accuracy/deliverability rate of the email validation tool? It seems like it's saying half of the dozen emails I tested with are "unverifiable" although they are all valid. I know this is an LTD deal, but what does the email validation actually do, and how is it compared to email validation leaders like debounce, emailable, etc?

@Simon: Hey, even if system finds email address if target server is configured as catch all, it is not possible to make 100% sure that the email is valid. That's why you'll receive a verified mark only when Poirot is 100% sure. My plan is to include some kind of metrics to identify certenty level eg. 0-100%

@Jacek: Hey, Hunter collects email addresses by using a scraping bots that pick up any address found on the net and display it to you. On the other hand if you create a new email address eg. jacek@.... and ask Poirot to find it on ... domain, if mail server is not catch-all, Poirot will be able to pick it up immediately.

@Jacek: Different way of finding emails. When Poirot finds an email address using domain search and that email is on unverifiable server (catch-all) it will give you red mark alongside email which means it can't be 100% sure email is valid even when it's found publicly on multiple pages on the net. On the other hand, snov.io will give you same result without notification that it might be false one. In some cases snov.io will give you more results in some other Poirot will give you more. Poirot costs much less while the LTD lasts.

I was thinking of a roadmap, something like that, examples below.

So that you have a feedback tool.

It would be nice to use some tool, because sending by e-mail is troublesome and it is impossible to check if he did not send a similar idea, bugs etc.

Valuable ideas and opinions that people can form themselves can also be lost. And the possibility of voting, commenting on the existing ones.

@Mladen: I don't find the announcement and, which is much worse, the bulk upload feature still doesn't work. What is the status?

@Laszlo: I bought it 4 months ago and every two weeks the author told me that it would be ready in two weeks.

Last time he said it was done and it would work on black friday, but it DOESN'T WORK.

@JMS: I have similar experience. I bought it back in June then having high hopes I fully stacked it in August. I got numerous confirmations from @Mladen all the time that the bulk import is coming very soon.

Frankly, if bulk import does not work it's a waste of money. I have 30,000 credits for lookup and 60,000 for verification. Am I supposed to copy/paste emails manually one by one???

I'm sad to see that @Mladen is silent now.

But since Saas Mantra is still promoting this deal at the moment I'm writing it, I'd love to hear what @Sampath has to say.

@Laszlo: Hey, sorry for delayed answer, but you'll gain acess to bulk features. There were numerous delays but the thing is the bulk is nothing more than a way to use the API that is already in the APP, working and accessible to all users. Delays were in form of scaling the backend to accept a number of simultaneous bulk requests.

@Mladen: Unfortunately, I have no idea how to use the API and apart from the few parameters in the footer of your website I did not find any tutorial.

Also, I cannot expect my team members/clients to an API. I guess you'll agree that out of 100 people 99 have no idea about it and you cannot expect them to learn it.

For bulk operations there is the Bulk Actions tab in your app. That would be the normal way to use it but it still does not work. API does not help most people.

So let me ask again, when will the file import for bulk operations finally work?

Hey, @JMS: There were multiple difficulties to overcome for bulk. I'm sure it'll be really soon but I can't give you a precise estimate as I don't want to make false promises. Bulk is really close to 100% working state.

Email Enrichment feature released? If Not, any probability in near future ?

@Rupesh: Hey, the enrichment with LinkedIn data such as full name, position in company, linkedIn url works in cases where targeted email server allows verification. Also, an update will be released where the system will try to enrich all found emails with this kind of data unrelated to target email server type.

Hi @Alex: , the bulk actions will be available in next days. Development took a lot more time than anticipated at first. I had to recode it twice. All testing is finished now and It’ll be soon updated and live.

I am looking to generate a large list of contacts by business search. Do you think Poirot will eventually have a business search? I've worked with other lead generation software, but they are limited in results. My use case is that I would like to generate a list of auto dealers by state (in the US) with phone numbers and web URLs for those businesses.

@Alex: Poirot fetches email addresses from companyrepresentatives you declare as company url or a description. It doesn’t get phone numbers or provides a listings of all niche businesses in an area. Poirot can help to search for leads when you already have a list of companies.

@Mladen: I see the comment below mine mentions a company search feature. Would this future feature generate a list of businesses with phone numbers and web URLs?

@Alex: No, you essentially type a either a company URL address or company description and location and system tries to find emails of the people within that company.

I would buy this deal if the product included a company search feature - find companies (domains) based on their industry, location, and size. It would make the product usable in many workflows. Do you have any plans to add this?

@Zsolt: Hey there, this feature is not implemented yet but by the way Poirot is built, it won’t be hard to add it. The same feature was asked from @Ben here, and I’ll definitely add it to a roadmap. There are features I’m currently developing that will come first, while after that this is probably a feature with great usability which should be developed.

I've different businesses, can I set up sub-accounts to use different business domains and can I set limits on the credits used per account/per month?

@Nazrul Haque: You can define multiple teams - each team relates to different business. You can add as much users you want to each team and can control their usage limits. Team workspace is selected by clicking on your name in upper right corner and choosing the required team.
