I searched long and hard for an onboarding tool to help my site members complete a lengthy and sometimes confusing sign-up process. I actually perused the Helppier site during that process and for reasons that I can’t quite remember, decided it wasn’t what I was looking for. That was a mistake on my part.
Since my search ended in frustration and no solution, when I saw this LTD, I decided to see if I could actually make this work. What I discovered was a product that went far beyond my needs and its full functionality allowed me to envision additional ways that I could employ its myriad features across my site. Being technically challenged, I did struggle at first with even the most basic concepts. Like most things, if you apply yourself and ask questions along the way, this is something that shouldn’t be challenging to learn to use and as you do, I’m sure that like me, you will be excited as interesting ways to utilize Helppier present themselves.
Since I have nothing to compare this to, it’s hard for me to write that kind of review. What I can speak to is its ease of use, its full range of features, and the technical support I received.
Learning the basics; changing, text, images, colors and positioning became as easy as pie. After that, the next step, putting flows together was a snap. Learning how to trigger them in different ways only increased the number of things I saw can do with Helppier. The ability to clone and move tasks made constructing new flows was simpler and quicker.
To me, one of the most important aspects of any purchase is the support that I receive. I can honestly say that I have never received more helpful, friendly, and dedicated support from any product that I have ever purchased. I have had the opportunity to describe my needs to the development team and they have responded with detailed instructions that totally resolved my issues.
I’ve also had the opportunity to discuss features that I feel would be good additions to the platform and they were received in a most gracious manner. Many of them are on their roadmap, which was good to know.
No product is perfect of course and if I had to mention one thing that I found to be a major shortcoming, it’s the video tutorials, since they are sans voiceover. There really should be some sort of Internet law against this practice. lol Personally, I want things explained to me as they are being shown on screen. That said, if this is the worst complaint you can mention about a product, it’s obvious you have hit pay dirt.
All in all, this thing rocks. A truly great product at an extremely attractive price. Throw in the great support and you have something that is hard to find – a purchase you’ll never regret that will add a whole new world of functionality to your Internet presence.
I see this deal is ending soon. I’d jump on this before you miss out. This is one deal you really don’t want to pass on.

force people to take a quick tour (or don't) but have readily accessible virtual tours its super powerful. I like the person who commented before did my research. Created a trial account and tested it out. Came back and stacked 5 codes =) love the NPS feature, especially since we are rolling out updates frequently. Also love in-app banners where you can put a call to action for a sales promo or giveaway for internal customers only! love this.

If you haven't seen much buzz and whistles for them, let me make some.
I don't know why these guys are not getting much recognition that they actually deserve.
I have done my research before hopping on to the Helppier. And they are not an overnight created SaaS tool that we have seen before, they are in business from quite some years with a solid product in hand.
Guys, this is the right startup to back, they really need the right push by us SaaSMantris ;)
All in all, my sincere recommendation goes for Helppier, especially if you have missed the Userpilot back then.

Not a great experience with the trial so far:
😕 Couldn't sign up with my Gmail address - requires 'business' email
✅ Signed up with another email
❌ Verification email went to spam folder in Fastmail
☹️ Login link went to blank page
✅ Went back to homepage and clicked Login and got proper login page
❌ Logged in and was sent to another login page, this time in Portuguese.
💣 Tried again in new browser window, same thing.
💥 Same thing in Chrome and Safari - infinite English > Portuguese login loop

Let's say I buy 1 code for at total of 10,000 Monthly Active Users. I then split this into 3 websites, each with 3333 MAU limit. I later discover 1 of the sites is growing faster than the others. Can I increase the limit associated with that specific domain from 3333 MAU up to 5000 MAU, and reduce the other 2 websites down to 2500 MAU each? Or do I have to pre-determine what I would expect to be the upper limit for that website at the very beginning, without the ability to increase or decrease later? Also, if I do not allocate all the MAU initially, say having 3 websites with 2000 MAU per site, leaving 4000 MAU unallocated, can these be added to an existing site later?

Thank you for your message.
You can install Helppier on your WordPress site but not the admin dashboard.
Segmentation allows you to target specific types of users (female/male, new users, customers, etc). This feature requires a bit of technical knowledge.
