Hi Sebastiano im a paid TIER 3 user of your tool aichatbot.so ([email protected]). I signed up tonight and used the LTD code i got from saasmantra to sign up but when i tried to ogin it said that i needed to verify my email, upon checking my email there was nothing in my inbox or in any other mailbox folder from yourself or your tool aichatbot.so. I then went to the login page and clicked to use my google account to sign up which it allowed me to do so but now if i click on history icon it logs me out. if i click on create new it logs me out, if i click on settings and my profile it logs me out. cant do anything here need your help... I emailed tyou at [email protected] and also at [email protected] and both emails bounced - RETUNED TO SENDER mailboxes do not exist or cannot receive emails. Its a bit concerning as ive already paid for tier 3 and i dont have access and i dont have a way of contacting you directly except for on here. Please help me resolve mey concerns that was a lot of money to invest into a saas tool and i wanted to support you so please support me

I’m exploring AIChatBot.so for my business and would like to confirm a few key details around customization, scalability, and integrations. The platform seems to have a lot of potential, so I’d like to ensure it can meet some specific requirements.
1. Widget UI Customization: My site is fully dark-themed, so full control over the widget’s UI is essential. I’m looking for complete flexibility over styling—such as border radius, font sizes/weights, colors, margin/padding, button/icon customization, and icon placement. Does the platform allow for full CSS customization of the widget to achieve this?
2. One-Time Lifetime Deal & Web Page Limits: Since I understand this is a one-time lifetime deal, is there an option to increase the 2,500-page limit? My site could potentially reach 5,000 pages over time, so any upgrade or add-on for expanded limits would be beneficial.
3. Training Data Options: Sitemaps & Video Sources: I see that training can be done using URLs and sitemaps. Would it also be possible to add training sources from other types of content, like YouTube videos, along with the website data?
4. Access to Other LLMs: Are there any plans to expand access to other large language models, like Anthropic’s Claude 3.5 or Mistral? If they aren’t available now, is this on your roadmap for future updates?
5. Understanding the 10 Chatbot Limit: Does the 10-chatbot allowance mean I can deploy them on up to 10 separate websites, or does it mean I can create unique chatbots for specific functions (like Sales, Customer Service, Fulfillment) on the same site?
6. Brand Voice and Product-Specific Recommendations: I’d like the chatbot to adopt our brand tone and answer product-specific questions. Given we sell items with detailed fitment data (e.g., vehicle parts), it’s important that the AI can interpret this accurately and make targeted product recommendations. Ideally, it could even suggest alternatives if a specific item is out of stock.
7. Shopify Integration and Inventory Awareness: Is AIChatBot.so fully integrated with Shopify, especially for tracking stock levels? It would be helpful if the AI could recommend alternative products when certain items are out of stock and maintain fitment relevance for customer needs.
8. Roadmap Updates: I noticed some items marked as "In Planning" on your October 2023 roadmap. Are there any recent updates or new features released since then? I’m interested in understanding how the platform might continue evolving to support my business needs.

Hey there,
So I want to use it on my website. Possibly the website will have over 100 pages and they will be updated regularly..
1. can I submit the Sitemap URL instead of adding each URL manually? so they will be added to the AI source automatically.
2. Can I ask to refresh the data daily? cause I update the info on each page from time to time.
3. Can the Chatbot do some analysis, let's say I have multiple products and the customer asks for the cheapest, green color, and with the highest review product.. So he will get the answer
