Activated it on www.youthfootballscotland.co.uk and so far it's working well. Mobile app is very handy indeed. Would be great if they could incorporate a chatbot for the normal live chat, rather than just Facebook.

I have tried several Live Chat & Customer Support tools from Free to Paid. But most of them were lacking in Android App or more flexibility in terms of using for me and my teammates. Some of the solutions were costlier while some were too complex to be true. After discovering 13chats on SaasMantra & hearing positives from the community members I decided to give it a try.
Overall Experience :
UI/UX was up to the mark. No complexities & experience was beginner friendly. Account setup was simple. Limits of the deal are decent considering how mature the tool is & it just works !
Live Chat :
Live Chat widget offers floating buttons option which displays all the available modes of communication channels like Facebook, Telegram, Whatsapp etc. We can connect 13chats with Facebook Messenger Bot but it lacks in building standalone chatbots which can be a downside.
Live Chat widget has most of the essential customization options available however I wasn't able to collect visitors name at the start of conversation & add it to the Leads (Contacts) automatically like that for Email & Mobile No. Installation of widget code snippets was easy as usually found in other solutions. Android app makes it easy to provide good customer service through live chat . We can also see visitors previous conversations history as well as track journey on our website. Theres also an option to add team members & assigning of chats to agents.
Pop-up :
This is an interesting part as it replaces the need of another tool and scripts for adding website popups. I really liked the collection of templates for Modal & Overlay Popups, Message Popups, Video Popups, CTA & Lead Generation Popups. Popups have scenarios & visitors activity based triggers which is indeed awesome. They don't have fully customizable pop-up builder but as of now it simply gets the job done. Would love to see if they add more flexibility & customization in future.
Feature Requests/ Suggestions :
1. I would like to see more enhanced live chat management like Automatic Assigning Of Agents based on departments like Technical, Billing etc. , Built-in Chat bot and flow builder, etc.
2. Integration with Integrately & Pabbly along with some major service providers for better management of Newsletter Subscribers as well as leads & form data collected through popups.
3. KnowledgeBase (Without this it feels like tool is somehow incomplete)
4. As it records visitors journey so would love to see personalized popups when a visitor has been identified like 'Hey Aman (Personalized Variable) here's 20% off Coupon just for you ! '
5. Sending Email Chat Transcripts via our own Custom Email Address via SMTP instead of 13chats to have complete whitelabel experience.

Other than the initial hiccup with redeeming the code, otherwise this tool is simply amazing!
13chats come with a live chat website widget and you can add contact details, notes and custom fields to it with mobile app already ready to be use.
It also comes with a Facebook Messenger chatbot, kind of like a simplified version of ManyChat.
Next are popups for buttons and forms and you can add notification bars and multiple chat buttons to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and more.

hello, i saw that there is the whatsapp icon, but how does it work exactly? Can I, on 13chats, read the qrcode and reply to messages received by whatsapp directly on 13chat? Currently I use zaapy.com.br in Brazil, but for now it's just whatsapp, prices are excellent, but I pay 35 dollars monthly. With 13chats I like to be for life, but confirm me if I can have this use. I've purchased 3 codes on Nov 30th, 2021, but just got the time to redeem the codes today (Jan 4th, 2022).
I was not able to stack codes, and the only way to do it is to Create Project and then go through the 3 steps to finally enter the individual codes, of which I'm then shown the Saas Mantra Plan.
Need to do it 3 times before it shows what I'm supposed to get for the 3 codes.
But, when I tried to switch project at the top, nothing is shown.
I've logged out and in, and even gone Incognito and still no project is shown.
But the 3 projects can be seen in my Accounts Settings.
However, it is based on the old plan you have and NOT the current plans here.
Did a chat, someone told me will look into it, and then that whole chat log is gone.
Now I'm stuck. Please help.

Notice there's something about deal update on 9-10 Dec, is the deal updated?
So if I get code 3 codes.
I can create up to 4 projects, each project is different domain/website.
Project A -> 10 website, for example.
1. Project is like a dashboard / workspaces, with 20 agent max can handle all chats and popup from all this 10 website right?
2. Any control over which agent can only see or handle which website? Or is always all under a project?

How quick is the chat interface?
One thing we enjoy with Jivochat is the ability to view the chat as the customer is writing. Does 13 chat show the typing of the person chatting in real time with their corrections and chain of thought?
When we see the customer composing their question in real time our operators are able to already be writing a response because they are seeing what the customer is thinking. We are seeing what they are changing and editing BEFORE they press send.
